FAQ

Batch Workflow Designer FAQ

Common questions about batch image processing workflows to help you get started quickly and use efficiently

What is the Batch Workflow Designer?

The Batch Workflow Designer is a visual batch image processing tool that allows you to create complex image processing workflows through drag-and-drop, then apply them to multiple images at once, dramatically improving work efficiency.

How many images can be processed simultaneously?

There's no theoretical limit, but we recommend no more than 200 images per batch with total file size under 1GB for optimal performance. For larger batch tasks, we suggest processing in smaller batches.

Can workflows be saved and reused?

Yes! You can save designed workflows as templates and load them directly for similar tasks next time. We also provide multiple preset templates covering common processing scenarios.

How many processing steps can be added to a workflow?

There's no limit on the number of steps. You can add as many processing steps as needed. However, we recommend keeping workflows reasonable as too many steps may affect processing speed and final quality.

What happens if an image fails to process?

The system automatically skips problematic images and continues processing others, providing a detailed error report at the end. You can review failure reasons, fix issues, and reprocess failed images.

How fast is batch processing?

Processing speed depends on your device performance, image size, and workflow complexity. We use parallel processing technology to fully utilize multi-core CPUs, typically 5-10x faster than individual processing.

Can processing be paused or cancelled?

Yes, you can pause or cancel ongoing batch processing tasks at any time. Already processed images are preserved, and you can choose to download them or continue processing remaining images.

What types of processing steps are supported?

We support all common image processing operations including resize, compress, format conversion, watermark, rotate/flip, crop, filters, color adjustment, borders, etc. AI enhancement features will be added in the future.

How are batch processing results downloaded?

After processing completion, you can choose to batch download all results or preview and selectively download individual images. Custom file naming rules and folder structures are supported for easy organization.
